The Secrets of Sylvan Glade

 

In Ondarion things are starting to get difficult. Amara has done a great job as queen and with Lord Obi's passing there are no more challenges for her title. Yet the kingdom remains in unrest and Amara worries that the dynasty is in danger of falling apart. Unity is at an all time low and there is infighting among her sisters as well. In a meeting with the Capp Dynasty regarding alliances Amara is given some advice that isn't new to her. It's time to get married and secure the future of the Dynasty.  The Capps also have no sons and have already planned out how to make sure their kingdom remains peaceful -- they have arranged a marriage for their daughter. Amara hates this idea but years of courting various princes has given her no heirs so she resigns herself to an arranged groom.  Kwame arrives in the kingdom two days before their wedding. Amara is surprised with him! He is kind, creative, and family oriented. A perfect choice for king!  They are married swiftly.


Not long after Amara gives birth to an heir -- a baby boy they name Omari. Omari's birth is such a joyous event that the kingdom comes together FINALLY to support the new prince. Her sisters are still fighting -- this time over who gets to hold the baby!! Things feel like they're on the right track again. Even better, Amara is happy.


In Old New Henford things are hectic as always! Everyone loves the new puppy, Kaya in particular spends a lot of time with him. Asa has hired a ranch hand to help with the animals and Rory and Keely have earned some farm chores as well.



At Thanksgiving Asa hosts a dinner for the whole family. Catching up with family is so nice.


Jihoon uses this as an opportunity to talk to the boys about his dive club and convinces Cian to join up. He also asks for advice on moving his family from Mt. Komorebi to Sulani.


Later in the summer Kaya and Felix celebrate their birthday. Asa can't believe how fast her children are growing up. 


She takes a job as a sous chef in a new upstart restaurant but starts to dream of starting her own. For her, things feel perfect. For Cian on the other hand...


midlife is hitting hard. He feels he's hit a wall with his career as a writer and he craves adventure. He takes a trip to Willow Pond and discovers a funny looking tree.


 He decides to venture inside and finds a whole world in there!! After spending the day there, catching frogs, swimming and playing like he did as a boy he finds new inspiration and back home...he finally reaches his goal of being a bestselling author! His book, The Secrets of Sylvan Glade is flying off the shelves and he even starts to become famous! It's a whole new world for Cian!

The Neal Legacy

Day one and two: The Unraveling of Secrets

Afua, Tatsuya, and Ako   Our story begins with Ako Neal. As a little girl growing up in Tomarang all Ako has dreamed about is being a famous actress. A surprise inheritance of $4000 gives her the money she needs to move to Copperdale to try to make it big. Crowns and Crimes

Things are looking up for Afua as the second semester of school gets into full swing. She has lots of friends, cheer is going well, and she even participates in the popular T-challenge for charity! But the good times don't last long. At prom  Lady Sofia Abrantes  of the Thebe Dynasty in Veronaville shows up. She immediately begins to whisper about a rumor in Ondarian that there is a secret heir to the Darong Dynasty! Afua stays silent but wonders if it's true...is there really a chance that she outranks the current Grand Duchess?  As if on cue, the following day a letter arrives for her.
